I bought a used neutab model n10 and I am locked out of it and I would like to know how to do a factory reset. I like the design size of the tablet I just need to be able to use it
It also powered down on its own a few times.
I have turned off the Bluetooth to try and enable the touch screen. Only now neither work and I am unable to do anything. I have also tried rebooting the tablet and turning off the keyboard that I had Bluetooth. Still nothing. Help!
