Problems and troubleshooting:
Q1: Does it support google related software?
A: P50 10.1-inch tablet has the latest Android 11 system, Google Play Store preinstalled. You can download any Application you like from the Google Playstore.
Q2: Tablet does not turn on.
A: Please charge the tablet for at least 30mins if the tablet cannot be turned on out of the box.
Q3: MicroSD card does not show up.
A: If the MicroSD card is undetected, please format the card with fat32 format manually.
Q4: I can’t charge it.
A: Use the original charger to solve the problem. This is because the voltage parameters vary with Type-C chargers. It is recommended to use the original charger to ensure adaptability.
Q5: GPS signal is weak.
