Missing interface WordPress

Missing interface! WordPress can’t write new Post and edit Post.

You can do!
-> In Firefox, sure you “Cleared Recent History” under Tools? And Cookies under Preferences/Privacy?
-> Restart computer and get into WordPress and see.

If it not work!
-> Go to re-install wordpress again.
-> Cleared Recent History and Cookies again.
-> Restart computer and get into WordPress and see.

If it not work!
-> Install Advanced SystemCare Free
-> Use Advanced SystemCare Free – Scan for Clean & Optimize.
-> Restart computer and get into WordPress and see. Yeah! You can do.
