When you plug (USB) the tablet/smartphone to the computer, yon can’t see your tablet/smartphone
-> go to Control Panel, looking for Device Manager, then click
-> looking for name of your tablet/smartphone (yellow marker), then right click and choose uninstall.
-> disconnect your tablet/smartphone from the computer.
-> reconnect your tablet/smartphone again, The driver for the tablet/smartphone will install automatically. Now you can see your Tablet/Smartphone.
